Testimonials
"Alexis has been a professional caregiver for my mother and has been a true blessing for our family. I can attest to Alexis’s compassion and professionalism. Her passion for working with the others is obvious and admirable, as she has a commitment to working not only with the elderly, but with a variety of underserved communities, as well as a commitment to social justice."
Davida B, Family Member of Care Recipient"Alexis is brilliant, heart-centered and knows how to navigate the complexities of a home and health with grace and intention. I feel lucky to have connected with her in this way."
-Molly M, Colleague &Co-Founder Cultivate Balance"My family chose to keep my grandfather at home through his end of life care. I saw first hand how difficult it is to manage the people, emotions, and logistics around death. It is rare for someone to be able to smoothly attend to the tedious aspects (appointments, travel, housekeeping etc), while also being able to hold a sacred level of emotional space. Alexis can effortlessly do both. She is able to walk the duality of getting what needs to be done, done; while simultaneously making room for depth, emotion, and healing. I would trust Alexis to work with any one of my family members, and I can confidently say that she will provide a priceless level of ease, love, and care into your family's transition."
-Justin S, Colleague & Co-Founder Haevn"When I came into my mom’s kitchen, she and Alexis were poking fun at and laughing with each other. I hadn’t seen my mom so happy or engaged in a long while. Alexis really brings out the best in people."
-Jaye Z, Family Member of Care Recipient"Alexis is the most caring and dedicated person. You don’t need to know her for more than 2 minutes to understand that her purpose is to help others in whatever way she can. I’ve never met someone so passionate, optimistic, cheery, and loving!"
